Information Collection and Use
Accommodation Bookings When you ask WRA Travel Ltd to make a
reservation, we ask you to provide personal information, usually by
means of an Event-specific accommodation booking form. This information
includes: your name, address, telephone number(s), fax number, email
address, and you may also choose to use your Debit/Credit Card details
and billing address. We use this information to process and book your
reservation and to update you with your reservation details and status.
We also ask you for personally identifiable information about other
people for whom you are booking accommodation. You should obtain
permission from these individuals to provide us with their information.
We use this information to reserve the room(s) with the hotel(s) or
other accommodation, and, if you so request, to send each person a
notification of the group reservation(s).
Information from other Sources
We may receive information about you from third-party sources
and add it to your information. This information may include: updated
delivery and address information from third parties, which we use to
correct our records and facilitate proper delivery of our services and
communications; information to better understand your travel needs; and
credit history information from credit bureaus, which we use to help
prevent and detect fraud.

we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may be required by law
to disclose information you have provided in obtaining our travel
services. We may also disclose information against someone who poses a
threat to our interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities
could damage or bring harm to others. In addition, it may be necessary
for us to provide customer information to third parties, such as credit
card companies, for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise in the
normal course of business.
Authorised Service Providers We
share your personally identifiable information with authorised service
providers which perform certain functions or services on our behalf. For
example, we use outside card payment transaction processing companies
and bank cheque and electronic funds transfer companies as part of the
deposit and payment processes to deliver services to you. We also rely
on service providers to fulfil orders, deliver services, perform
business and sales analysis, and provide marketing assistance. These
companies do not have any independent right to share, store, or use the
personally identifiable information we provide for any secondary
purpose.
Suppliers
We provide information about travel either reserved or purchased via
ourselves to the suppliers who will fulfil your travel reservation.
Although we offer travel products from hotel and other suppliers that
are reputable companies, we have not placed limitations on these
suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your
permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the information
privacy practices of any travel suppliers whose products and services
you purchase via ourselves. In addition, these travel suppliers may also
contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about your
confirmed reservations. Those same accommodation providers,
as customers of WRA using its booking-agent services, may wish to pay
bills using electronic payments.
Business Transfers As we continue to
look for ways to better serve our customers, we may sell subsidiaries or
business units. We also may be acquired by or merged with another
company. In such instances, customer information may be one of the
transferred business assets.
International Transfers We will
handle your personally identifiable information in the United Kingdom.
In addition, the third parties with whom we may share your information,
as described above, may be established in countries outside the European
Union. By using ourselves you understand and agree that your information
will be held and used in other countries where our trading partners and
service providers may be established.

Organisers of the Events for which you require accommodation. These
sites may collect personally identifiable information from you. This

Information Security We take steps to help protect
the personally identifiable information you provide to us. For example,
we use leading encryption technology to encrypt credit card numbers. We
also restrict access to personally identifiable information to those
employees who need the information to perform a specific job. We
store personal details of bookings, but Card details are only
transmitted outside of WRA by means of fax-image to providers, or by
direct online key-entry to financial card processing suppliers.
Key parts of Card numbers are then overwritten before storage
electronically. In
addition, the electronic devices which store personally identifiable
information are password protected and contained in physically protected
facilities.
Accessing Personal Information You can request
access to, and update, the personally identifiable information we have

accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose Courts will have
exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at
our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative
